Who is it for?
We partner with seed, Series A, and Series B tech and healthcare startups with fewer than 100 employees.
Startups that engage us are usually struggling with identifying the best way to grow a sales team. They are often overwhelmed by all of the critical decisions they need to make, from establishing product-market-sales fit to transitioning from founder-led to team-led sales.
Founders that partner with us often have some fear of selling out in the process of building a sales engine to fund and grow their company. They are thoughtful entrepreneurs who are committed to finding effective ways to support the growth of their company to get to the next level.

About Us
Startup 180° is a collaborative project between Tom Batchelder of Selling 180°, Max Gilbert of Tiferet, and their affiliate partners.
Together, Tom and Max bring complementary skills to support founders and their teams with whatever challenges they may face, professionally or personally, as they grow and scale their business.

Tom has thirty years of experience in sales and twenty years in professional coaching with thoughtful, growth-oriented leaders and business development teams within professional services and technology organizations.
Max worked in sales and marketing consulting for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies for five years before joining a biotech startup to build and lead their business development and marketing teams for four years (while a client of Tom’s).
